鈥淲e have grown immensely this year within the 51风流 group and it has spread throughout my campus.鈥� – 51风流 Principal

鈥�51风流 really values teachers and the profession. I鈥檓 always glad when my staff is recognized in positive ways. The action research has really pushed our programs to a new level.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Principal

鈥淚 can see more teachers working together to create lessons. Also, we seem to be looking at research and data to guide our instruction.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淐ollaboration has improved and I feel will continue to improve due to what both cohorts have learned and shared with our staff.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淥ver half our staff participates in a professional writing and/or reading group after school, thanks to 51风流.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淚t is part of the culture of our school community to always be looking to learn and try new things and the collaboration that exists here is largely due to our involvement with 51风流.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淲e have become a much more cohesive grade level team.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淢y observation is that my colleagues and I are more committed to looking at the curriculum across the grade levels and working to improve the scope and continuity of instruction.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum

鈥淪tudents are excited by things that I wouldn鈥檛 have known about without participating in this program 鈥� In fact students in all fellows鈥� classrooms have improved; they have gotten better instruction.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Fellow

鈥淢y students鈥� math scores have definitely shown improvement.鈥� 鈥� 51风流 Alum
